CHASE or ADDRESSABLE (multicolor patterns at the same time)
Strips like I use can be found on amazon for about $10 cheaper, but they are a lower quality strip. I have gone through extensive testing and different manufactures to settle on the product I offer and it is superior.
These are a 5v led strip and require a 12v to 5v step down converter. I sell one rated for 3A and 10A. If you are going to power a full 5m strip you'll need a 10A, 3A is only good for 3 feet.
5v addressable LED suffer from one flaw, they can loose color shade over longer strips. I include instructions on "power injection" which is a simple way to add power to both ends of the strip to bring the color back if this should occur. A 2-3m strip may need power added to the end of the strip. A 5m strip will need power added to both ends of the strip. See photos for examples. 5m strips come with power injection wires pre soldered to both ends.

These strips are IMPRESSIVLY bright! So much brighter than what you'll find on Amazon or ebay. Once you pick these up you can immediately feel the difference in the weight of the thicker PCB. These are worth every penny! 300led/5m

These ARE NOT ebay strips! These have a MUCH thicker PCB strip to produce better solder joints and to handle the current better.
These are the brightest, longest lasting bulbs on the market currently. The 2835 strips are brighter and more efficient than the outgoing 3828. These are IP20 meaning no silicone coating- however, I have dunked them into a bottle of water and they work just fine so I'm going to call them water-resistant. 600LED/5m
