*** Zero Five Falcon & Great White- The fans are tied to a header bar that attaches to the backplate. Per B2, we can cut the fan wires and add wire to tie them all to the white plug into the board. If you're not comfortable doing this don't order the plate or take it to an installer to do for you. Take note of the fans orientation prior to removal. They need to go back exactly the same way, two push and two pull.
